It's been a year since I was transferred from an urban police station to a rural police station that hasn't been investigated. Detective Kasai decides to investigate a suspect in a serial murder case. A young man who smiles meaningfully here. When all the secrets overflow from the loose lips, the truth hidden behind the incident appears.

The actual incident took place in Ultimore in 1994.
